SKB Cases R Series 6416-8 Waterproof Weapons Case
This a great case for long range rifles. Well built and sturdy. Has room for everything you need for the range. Comparable to Pelican cases and with its three handles it is easy to maneuver. The five locking closures are easy to use and include to lock compatible sites. I highly recommend it.

this case is the only case i found which can put my M82a1 with scope inside without assemble my gun.The SKB R Series Long Rifle / .50 Cal Case is roto molded of HDPE polyethylene for strength and durability. Convenient convoluted bunk bed style foam interior for accommodating two rifles. Molded in valance with gasketed seal and pressure equalization valve to comply with Military Standards making the case watertight and dust proof. Fits .50 Cal / Rifles up to 62" long. Roller blade style wheels for easy deployment. Injection molded oversized carrying handle and tow handle. Black powder coated stainless steel twist latches with locking hasps that will accommodate customer supplied locks or SKB's TSA Combination Padlock. Interlocking stacking ribs on the top and bottom for stability when stacked.

This is the best case for protection and transportation of a fully-assembled AR-50 .50-caliber rifle
There are other cases that will accommodate a fully-assembled AR-50 rifle, but the SKB case is the only one that is correctly proportioned and offers adequate protection for that big gun. Other cases are constructed of plywood or aluminum. The plywood cases can fracture and the aluminum cases can dent with rough handling with the heavy load of a big rifle inside. Neither of these other options is as resilient as the roto-molded HDPE polyethylene SKB case. Pelican makes a similar case that will work, but it is a behemoth that is larger than necessary and it can cost nearly twice the price of the SKB case depending upon the options selected.
The SKB case, with the AR-50 inside, is not a lightweight load. However, it is the only configuration that offers adequate protection. I have used a soft case previously, but the soft case zipper failed and the case started wearing through where the rifle's bipod was located. Soft cases do not offer adequate protection for a big, heavy gun. One day at the range I propped up the gun and the case against a rifle rack with the butt end down. The case slipped and fell over with the result of a damaged scope. That cannot happen with the resilience of an SKB case. This case is a permanent solution for the protection of my AR-50 rifle. The SKB case is sufficiently well constructed that it is difficult to identify any areas for improvement.
