Rare Gas Block for applications under a Slim Handguard
Using this on a BSF Barrel (.875") and under a V-Seven Ultra-Light Handguard. There are no other manufacturers that make such a light Low profile Titanium Gas Block in .875" that's adjustable, so thank you SLR Sentry for having this available in as compact a profile as possible. I will update this review on actual fit and performance after my two builds
Smaller than advertised...Not .875
I ordered this in the hopes it would be lower profile than the odin works I had originally ordered because the odin works ISN'T low profile. Well, this IS definitely low profile but does NOT FIT my new Criterion .875 barrel. The description says it should fit, just like the odin works did, but alas, TOO SMALL.
DISAPPOINTED is an understatement because now I'm back to trying to find a true low profile adjustable gas block for a .875 barrel :(

SLR sentry Gas Block
Fast shipping from Optics Planet. I purchased this adjustable gas block for a Wilson combat barrel. Fit and finish were good. I am purchasing another SLR Sentry but a size larger for a new Christensen arms 6.5 creedmoor barrel.

Received this quickly from Optics Planet after ordering. The quality is excellent, the Wilson combat gas tube I ordered fit perfectly, roll pin hole lined up with gas tube slot and set screw dimensions matched my barrel dimples exactly.

Must have for AR-10
If you have an AR-10 platform you will need one of these or you will not be able to use a can.
I built .308 and 6.5 creedmoor and both are over gased and do not feed properly with standard gas blocks.
Especially if you use a suppressor. This is the only way to go and the adjustment tool provided will make it
even easier to adjust as you fire and find the best operating setting.

Slr sentry 8 gas block
This is my second slr sentry adjustable gas block, I have one in ti and one in black and in my opinion the best adjustable gas block on the market. it really lets you fine tune the gas system with ease with the detends in the adjustment screw and plenty of adjustability
