Handy Gadjet
I mostly use the sharpeners to field sharpen my knife when I'm dressing game. Its nice to know I have additional ways to start a fire and tell direction out of the woods in an emergency.
Pros:
- Ferro Rod works, Sharpeners work, Compass works
Cons:
- Compass is weak can easily be thrown off. String holding compass on is weak and will tend to break. Whistle is not shrill enough to penetrate windy days if lost or hurt.
Best Used for:
- Sharpening knives.
