Most Helpful Positive Review Fast opening and dependable
I use this thing every day. The keypad works well, the removable shelf is nice and my Glock fits great on the top shelf, along with my wallet and knife on bottom shelf. Had a question for the SnapSafe customer service guys and they handled it quick and easy.

So far this safe is very easy to use and program the code! Anything with Hornady is a superb product! I am happy with this safe!

Better than the Liberty Safe

My Liberty HD-300 stopped working and was just out of warranty. Bought this and was surprised it is much better built than the more expensive Liberty Safe. The battery compartment actually holds the battery in. The Liberty Safe just pretty much lets it hang as it does not hold it in securely. The metal door also seems sturdier on the Snap Safe. Obviously if someone really wants in they will get in. This is for use in my RV so I can store my gun/wallet when I head to the pool.
