Great pad for your standard carbine stock
This is a great option for those who are on a budget and have those standard carbine stocks. Those standard carbine stocks are basically meat tenderizers and this makes it a lot easier on your shoulder. Highly recommended!
Put the Ss in Sniper Stock
Easy to install, the horizontal ribs catch well on clothing/gear.

nice quick butt stock option
Put this on an ar15 for a day of shooting about 300 rounds. The generic pad fit pretty well onto two of my guns and provided a bit of harder, rubberized relief. The fit was about what you would expect for a generic pad - not perfectly flush, but certainly passable.

Nice accessory for a great price
I'm super happy with my Sniper recoil pad. Fits standard M4 stocks and attaches in seconds. Fits nice and tight, no wiggle and gives me stock a more solid feel. It's not doft or padded but it's much more comfortable when you're shooting with just a T shirt. Best thing about it is the price... just 5 bucks!

First time ordering from optics planet and I’ll definitely by a returning customer. Easy to find the product, ordering was simple, and no problems with delivery. Product fit perfect on my AR-15. Must be a universal butt pad. Installed in 5 seconds.

Good fit for stock buttstock
This fits really nice on my stock buttstock, but it doesn't do anything for recoil, because it's a hard plastic-like rubber. It's nicer than just the stock plastic buttstock, and it grips the shoulder nicer because of the rubber ridges. It has a slight burnt rubber smell, like you get from Chinese tires, but not too bad. It is from China, so a bad smell is to be expected. I might upgrade my stock buttstock because I had to add teflon coated masking tape to it for a snug fit, to prevent rattle, so I'm not sure I will be able to use this on a Magpul, etc.

I have like 5 of these, put them on every AR-15, AR-10 works with regular 6-position stocks.
Don't waste money. These are great. I put them on every standard 6-position stock.
Why spend more? Don't make the rifle heavy, large with too much rubber, improve the spring + weighted buffer in your Milspec tube, if that's the case. Just my opinion. I'm lanky (not super big delts/shoulders) and this is all one needs for recoil of AR-10/AR-15.
