Not for shoulder recoil
This is a piece of hard plastic with no cushion to it. It will protect your weapons stock but not your shoulder. If you're looking for something to reduce recoil this is not it. This review requires a 200 word essay so I will keep writing until I get there...if you need something for recoil reduction look for a better rating....
