Be sure to read the instructions and treat this with care. Food will stick and potentially rust if not treated properly. I basically treat this like my carbon steel cooking equipment, meaning dry off quickly, do not get wet, and create a non-stick oil layer before putting food on it. Otherwise it'll be a sticky mess.
