bad switch
switch broken in "on" position after light use, no impact. Hard time finding replacement part. Looks rugged, certainly expensive, but at least the one i got is failing the durability test. I got this one for early morning dog walking. Had it less than a year, have turned it on less than 100 times, never dropped.
Other than that it is a good light, great grip. I'll give it a 2-star just because am getting good service from two other SOG lights I have that do get more rugged treatment. Would go up to at least to 4 star if I could replace only the part that is broken at reasonable price and it proved more durable.

Best made single cell flashlight.
Bright light, knurled and grooved exterior enables a extra secure grip even when it rains. Battery is easy to change out. This flashlit is very expensive ,but you have to pay for quality.So small and light weight. You can attach to your belt or pocket and forget you even have it in your possession.Way to go SOG and "Optics" Planet.u
