A company that stands behind it's warranty
This is an excellent knife with good steel that is easy to sharpen on diamond and ceramic sticks. The "twitch-it" feature is what got me to try SOG. But, what kept me coming back was the warranty. SOG stands behind their knifes. My first "twitch-it's" (a Meridian, not an XL) rivets failed and was replaced under warranty after I had used it for 5+ years with 0 hassle. Twitch-it #2 ended up in the Gulf of Mexico after releasing a large shark. I tried a traditional lock blade after that and hated it. SO, here I am buying "twitch-it" #3. I'm happy again!
