Works for deflecting heat
This does as advertised by deflecting heat. Only downside is the legs are designed for take-apart, but for permanent installation it is a bit flimsy. I had to drill holes into the leg caps and screw them in to make it permanent. Also purchased the handle for this item from 3rd party which makes it very maneuverable when needed to remove when hot.

I was concerned that this was not a SOLO product. But, I was wrong. There, I said it. Dont tell my wife. :-}

Increases heat substantially
It made it possible to actually use the bonfire I have for warmth. It also fits very nicely on top of the mesh screen in case you want to use it together.

pumps out the heat
The deflector does and excellent job of pushing heat out from the solo stove. Price is not cheap, but it is worth the price if you like to be warm sitting around a smokeless fire pit.
