The time from the shipping label being created to it being at my door was less then 24 hours even with me selecting the free shipping. The upper was exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised it was even in stock given no one else had one at the time I ordered it. Just to clarify this is in fact the V2 kit I wasn't sure but was willing to take the chance given how fast these sell out. This was my third optics planet order and I've been happy with the turn around time on my orders. Just make sure the items are in stock and you are gtg.
