Unhappy with purchase - Sordin Supreme Pro-X SFA Headset

The Sordin's themselves are good, they are better than my Walker Razors, and they should be considering the cost. The sound quality is good but not amazing. They do a better job at blocking out damaging decibels but again, not much better than cheaper Walkers. I would give these muffs 3/5 stars however they arrived in poor condition. The retail box was shipped in a thin plastic bag. The box itself was open and the contents; batteries, manual, etc... had spilled into the shipping bag. Also, there was dirty dust covering the muffs themselves. The points of articulation were worn and scratched up. These are not in new condition.
