Hands down the best cell cam on the market. Dependability, reliability, and all the above! Take it out, turn it on, and sit back and enjoy!

I was thrilled with Spartan service and reliability when I bought my first 2 cameras to monitor a pond on a different site. (Around 2017/18) So, I bought 10 more cameras. With each Spartan change/update, there is something lost. There is hardly communication via telephone anymore. You leave a vm and maybe they will return your call next day or later if returned. You send an email and it doesn’t answer the questions that you ask. I currently have 6 cameras-3 on Spartan Data and out of those 3 only 1 works (high traffic people area) sends a picture at least every day and the other 2 have not sent a picture in a while. (High traffic animal areas). The other 3 were on AT&T data which just stopped selling prepaid so, I asked spartan to send me new SIM cards to put on Spartan data plan. They sent me 2 cards and when I tried using, it says “card is invalid”…As they break or just completely stop working, I am replacing with Covert cameras.

How do they get away with both answering the phone????? Was on 3 hrs with Verizon but can’t get anyone to pick up. I highly advise against theses cameras. I have had a horrible experience over the years. Still have a few working but switched to more reliable company which I will not mention. This review is a very negative one for spartan. Horrible

Purchased camera in dec of 21 at a outdoor show. Activated work good for 6 weeks then it stop sending pictures. Called spartan and was informed camera not repairable. Spartan offered a discount on a new camera but nothing for the old new camera. I wasted 300.00 dollars. So beware of spartan for not standing behind there product. There is other cameras out there that have good reviews. I am switching to a company that cares about there customers. Would highly not recommend there products

Really difficult to get updated every year. Deal w/ spartan or Verizon. Hv to buy new sim cards, updated in 2 places in camera, got 4, 2 don't work. Buy WISEEYES, easy and ATT cell service built-in .

I have had this unit on a hog feeder in East Texas for over a year and it been bullet proof , the quality of pictures AND videos are AMAZING fast shutter speed catches bird wings in motion the night time photos are great it is a bit battery hungry but is taken care of by building a 2 6 volt with solar cell jumper to camera unit or Spartan makes one , I haven put a single battery in this camera in a year and it still at 100 % I can’t imagine anyone buying a different brand or having trouble , and the service department are “Johnny on the Spot” to help set up ...

Do not buy Spartan trailcams. Their cameras do not work consistently, if at all.
and their Customer service is non existent. if You dont believe me ,its very easy to put them to the test.
call their cust service 770 582 0004 and see how long it takes to get a return call.
You may hear from them if You're lucky after 2 or 3 days. And then if they fix the camera it will probably work 1 or 2 days
and then stop working again. Trying to get a replacement for a lemon is an exercise in futility.
That's been my experience with them. It could very well be the worst trailcam Ive ever purchased.

Great battery life. Great signal strength even when the other cameras had a weak signal in the same spot. Super clear photos. After payday I plan to get another one of these. The only thing difficult was signing up the account - pretty confusing but figured it out.

I have 5 cams a nd zero problems plus the customer service is spot on. I recommend letting Verizon in store add the phone to your cell account rather than do it yourself. 2 minutes and it’s done at Verizon .... I can also switch to video mode in a second with

Have used Moultrie Mobile for 5 years.... This camera was easier to set up.... gets better pictures and sends them faster - with better quality..... pulling the SD card this weekend...... looking forward to seeing the videos!!!!
