The first issue is that it does not come with any wrench and uses a proprietary wrench so nothing standard would fit. And to top it all off the wrenches are typically not in stock for weeks. Very Good Handguard
It is no exaggeration to say that this is the most satisfying handguard I have ever purchased.Lightweight, sturdy, and finely crafted.The connection upon closing the receiver is extremely secure, and it resolves the issue of the handguard tilting upward after installation.The interior of the handguard has sufficient clearance to accommodate my adjustable gas block and piston system.I've already placed an order for a different length of the same model for my other AR-15s.

Great set of guards.
I bought these to complete my Spikes build and they're great. The fitment and ease of install was nothing difficult.
The ventilation is outstanding. The quality of machine work and finish is perfect.
WITH THAT SAID!: These handguards go perfect with Spike's $250 billet upper. Not the Spikes forged uppers. Like I mentioned earlier, the quality of machine work is great, but paired with a forged upper and knowing that these belong with the the billet is noticeable and if you have gear mismatch-OSD like me, it will low-key haunt you.
The handguards are worth the money and one of these days I'll upgrade to the billet to really complete the project, but it does not take away from it's quality.

just get it seriously
I ordered this rail for a hammer forged upper I did. This thing is the �and then some. I’m very sad to see it continue to get cheaper and now optics planet is on final sale!? If you had problems with this it’s your setup. Everything went together smoothly. The whole upper and barrel, gas tub took me 15 minutes. The barrel nut has standard holes for any typical A.R. 15 wrench. How people missed that I have no idea. You could literally put enough pressure to break something if you wanted to. Yes there is space, it is wide. I love it and I have small hands! It vents great for doing drum mags on binary. I run my suppressor on it and it handles the heat like nothing I’ve never seen before. Amazing product or I would be pissed for almost 300$. Get one before they are gone. Best package ever on this site for 240$!!!! Come on now

AR 10 build 308
This rail system is built light with detailed to allow for rapid heat exchange and to view the barrel. I am impressed with this rail system. It will pair nicely with a proof barrel. My build is a 308 to be used in the east Texas wood for hog hunting. The reason I picked the rail system is because of weight and the way it mounts to my upper, it also allows clearances for my suppressor on a 14.5 barrel.
