seems like amagpul MOE grip with spikes tactical spider logo designsin grip area
If you like the original Magpul MOE grip you will like this if you want something the same but with different grip texture. The texturing on the grip is of spikes tactical’s spider logo. Some love it, some hate it, and some might not care either way of the logo design or having it as grip texturing. Personally I don’t mind spikes tacticals logo but I don’t care for the way i looks as grip texturing but It’s covered with my hand when i’m shooting so doesn’t bother me enough to replace it since I already have it.

Great feeling grip similar to Magpul MOE
Good grip which feels similar to the Magpul MOE but has a little more girth and with less abrasive texture. Minus one star for Spike's not including a screw & washer. Should be noted for those building from scratch.

Can't tell the difference between Magpul Moe
As a causal shooter who owns multiple AR15 rifles cambered in 55.6, 300blkout, 9mm this grip does exactly what it should. I honestly can't tell a difference between it and a Magpul Moe when firing a rifle. If you like or love the Moe then you will feel the same about this grip. Same can be said if you dislike the Moe. With the price being roughly the same, I prefer this grip when doing a new build when using a Spike's lower. This grip looks great and feels great too when firing. Plus, it gives it a really nice look without spending any extra money!
