Works great. I have had several large breed dogs and the sooner you apply this tool the more effective it is a training device (within reason I think 8lbs). I highly recommend that you use the beep function as a shock is applied as this accociates these two corrections together. As time goes on you can simply use the beep only and the dog will respond with corrective action. Must have for hyper large breed dogs.
