Hellcat threaded barrel and Comp
Easy to install, have not been to the range to test it, but I am confident that the comp will work great, I usually convert my carry pieces to compensated, had faith in the product due to both being manufactured by Springfield.
does the job
I gave 5 stars because it took a lot of the recoil away Which is what I was going for but I will say it made the slide pretty stiff while racking. Far as the barrel it’s only as good as the shooter. Well worth the upgrade

Simple change but great reduction in recoil and muzzle flip.
Simple change to install new threaded barrel with small indexing compensator. I felt reduction in recoil to eliminate snappy recoil and flatter faster to target acquisition. Keep your original barrel so you can convert back at anytime without modifying the gun. Great Shooting

The fit and finish were great. After installing the barrel it did not look like it would have a large affect on reducing recoil.

Good product but I ordered wrong size
Item appeared to be of quality and no apparent issues, but if you order one, made sure the LENGTH is correct. I ordered the 3.8in whe I needed the 4.4 inch.

Easy Installation
Super easy to install, self indexing was spot on. Reduced the recoil more than I was expecting, but not super drastic. Compensator threaded on to my True Precision barrel without any issues whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase.

Soringfield 3.8 inch threaded barrel with self indexing compemsator
Ordered a "used" threaded barrel with self indexing compensator from Optics Planet. It arrived fast and was packaged in the original Springfield Armory container in GREAT shape. The barrel, tread protector and compensator all appeared like new and had no blemishes, scratches or wear marks on them. They fit perfect in my Hellcat OSP. I couldnt be happier with this purchase and will be usinh Optics Planet for all my future purchases!

Threaded barrel with compensator
Great product. Easy to install. Looks awesome and minimizes the recoil. My wife said it made a big difference on her follow up shots.

Love this over a standard barrel
Decided to get the threaded barrel with the compensator instead of a regular threaded barrel. Super cool design which allows for easy alignment with every install.

Blemished product
I was super excited to get this barrel/comp for my hellcat.when i received it, the front of the comp has a big dent/ding in it. Looks like it was hit with something sharp.and i have not been able to reach optics planet.Other than this, I'm fully satisfied with it, although I haven't been to it to the range yet.
