HHH's Review of Spuhr Stock Assembly for G3,MP5,HK33/53

I originally had the all steel telescoping stock on my 7.62x39 PTR but it proved to have an exceedingly long LOP. Not to mention the increased weight. The Spuhr stock upgrade does need to be installed onto a separate buffer if your setup is in my original configuration. RTG Parts has what you need for the cheapest prices and very high quality OEM parts. My rifle now is substantially lighter with a much preferred compressed firing position.
Pros:
  • Seamless high quality upgrade with that legit HK appearance.
Cons:
  • Price.
