Most Helpful Positive Review SPUHR A-0029 WORKS GREAT WITH THE VORTEX IMPACT 4000
I mounted the Spuhr A-0029: RAPTAR Adapter to my Spuhr Ideal Scope Mount System Scope Mount utilizing the two srews that were provided with the product and properly torqued the screws to recommended setting. Then mounted The Vortex Impact 4000 to the Mount and torqued the 1/2 inch mounting screws to 45 inch lbs. This setup still allows plenty of room to rotate the Elevation Turret on my Nightforce NXS 8-32x56 .25 MOA Zero Stop MOAR C437 Rifle Scope. It's hard to beat a Spuhr Product. I love their ingenuity. Bought another one to modify slightly for a eotech vudu 5-25. Had to touch it with a drum sander to fit the extreme short body scope.

spuhr perfection

Like all their products this is a perfect fit and finish. If you're going to run PRS and try to run your hand over top of your scope this is what you need to protect your optic. The other great option is if you want to run a Wilcox Raptor or new Vortex 4000 rail mounted Rangefinder this is the perfect option. I have the vortex currently purchase and the mount works perfect.

Good mount for its intended purpose. If you have a RAPTAR or similar laser range finder, it works great. Mounts solidly to existing Spuhr. And here’s some more extra text to fill out the requirements.

Best engineering

I haven't found anything Spuhr makes that is not superior to other brands. This item is no exception. The design of how the adapter mounts into the scope mount is brilliant. Everything is heavy duty. The fit and finish are both literally perfect. This stuff is not cheap, and once you have it you will realize it is worth the high cost. I plan to slowly sell off my other brand mounts and switch over to the Spuhr products. They also make rail mounts that can go on your spotting scope. Hakan Spuhr is a design genius.
