Great knife, excellent ergos. - Spyderco Amalgam 3.82in Folding Knife

Really dig this knife. Excellent quality, as expected from the Taichung Spyderco plant. It’s a big knife, but surprisingly small in the pocket. Super smooth deployment, but has a kinda soft detent, so you have to be deliberate when you deploy it. The flipper tab does pass by the compression lock as it closes, so there is a small learning curve to close at first. But when you get used to it, it’s fantastic. Very fun to fiddle with, either with the flipper, or doing the Spydie flick. Best thing about this knife is easily the ergonomics. Man does this knife feel good in the hand. Ergos are definitely A+.
