Perfect for brewery work
Needed something resistant to the acidic and caustic chemicals I come into contact with. Something lightweight and unobtrusive. This knife is perfect, carefully opening hop bags, slashing through BSG orders looking for salted nut rolls. The deep carry wire clip works great, I'm not a fan of wire clips but this has won me over.
Pros:
- light
- Rust proof. Impressive corrosion resistance
- Serrated blade cuts great
Cons:
- H1 steel not super hard
- Not as fidget friendly as other Spyderco knives
Best Used for:
- Light to medium use tasks where corrosion resistance is a must
