Spiderco Southfork fixed blade knife
While Optics Planet’s description is stupid (the folding knife part) the price and the knife itself is great. The smooth handle is perfect to work with and the blade is very sharp and holds an edge well. The sheath works well for a variety of carrying options. The belt clip is handy enough to be worth purchasing a few of for use on any kydex sheath or holster. It seems obvious to me that this knife is made to work with rather than for junior high show and tell. A great knife for a variety of meat cutting jobs, and food prep. It also makes a great utility knife but seems too expensive and nice to beat up for that purpose although the blade material should make it great for that.

Incredible knife. Stays sharp "forever".
I've had this knife for about three years now. It has field dressed and skinned numerous hogs, deer, and a big black bear. It is still as sharp as the day I bought it. Never been resharpened or even touched up. The s90v steel is incredibly sharp and strong. It has a very thin profile and carries easily in the nice kydex sheath it comes with in the belt or in a pocket. Hanldle feels smooth, but actually is not slippery when wet. I come from a family of restauranteurs and butchers, and this knife is the best hunting knife I've ever used.
