Nice knife, terrible sheath

I knew this knife would be small, it is. Prefect for my wife, clipped inside her purse, except the sheath is terrible. She can barely get it out of the sheath. I took the clip off, in hopes that it would loosen the tension. It didn't. Possibly needs to break in.
