Spypoint cell camera
Cameras are junk. I have twelve cameras for trapping to save me gas insiders club waste of money as customer service will not help me figure out why cameras take pic but won’t send to my phone now I have 2 cameras that work and 10 that sit here in the house not working even with fresh batteries what a piece of junk and a waste of money and my time don’t buy these flimsy cheap junk cameras especially as customer service doesn’t do a good job. I haven’t even heard from this company in response to my emails of help. Stay away from Spypoint!

Skypoint dark
Night Image quality is horrible. Day image quality is better. Camera sensitivity changes between 100 free and paid service. When free, ragardless of sensitivity indicatir, sensitivity is high. This consumes all photos in about a week. Moultre is better and costs less.

Spypoint has no customer service
I have been trying to pay two of my mouthy bills and can't get in touch with no one through phone call and through the live chat and now I'm missing out of what game is coming through where I have my camera and I have tried paying through the app and the app stayed down more than anything every time I go to pay my bill I have to go through this if I had to buy cameras again it sure won't be spypoint cameras do not buy spypoint cameras

Bought 2 about two years ago. At best they worked for a month or so. I even sent one back to have it reset. Currently they are sitting in the house not being able to find my 5g internet with 5 bars on my phone!

SPYPOINT Link Dark $450.00 camera!
This camera is 4 years old. It started acting up at 3 1/2 years into using it. Now it doesn’t work at all. I called SPYPOINT and all they said was “So sorry!” Big waste of money! Should last longer than that!

I’m stuck with three of these cameras and they require constant updates and service. Regret purchasing. Had for three years and nothing but problems. I would never have bought had I known how high maintenance and untrustworthy they were.

This product is terrible. SPYPOINT company is terrible. I’ve used these for 3 years and they’re nothing but trouble. Bought three and don’t trust any of them. Always have to update, never know when they’ll stop transmission.

Bought 4 link-micro-LTE-v cameras
Bought 4 of these cameras and thought they were great once I added SPYPOINT app to my phone and linked them up, then bought a subscription for unlimited pics for one and then bought a subscription for 1000 pics for another and left the other two on the free 100 subscription! The cameras did great for a few months and then one of them never would link back up so I called and will have to hook it to a computer and reconfigure it which is something I don’t know how to do so I have a camera with the most expensive subscription that is useless to me! Second camera with a 1000 photos subscription will not notify my phone now for me to see when a picture is taken and the other two have dead battèries in them so and they were on the free 100 photo subscriptions! Unless SPYPOINT has improved I don’t recommend buying this brand of deer cameras

Garbage absolute waste of money! Don't buy
On my 2nd camera now with a 3rd on the way, both cameras where defective. Made in China Cr-p Tech support is a joke, I have now spent hrs talking to them while being put on hold with nothing behind accomplished. They simply replace the camera. Horrible experience all around. 1st camera would not connect. 2nd camera just constantly took pictures until the battery died. Nothing but excuses from customer service with little compensation. Spypoint simply doesn't care
