I was a little disappointed in this purchase. The glasses are light and comfortable but the bifocal area is too small. If you have aging eyes or you wear glasses on a regular basis you are better off either getting a prescription lenses or simply wear your glasses with side shields.

Love these for farsighted vision - helps with focus on the front sight. *** just wish I got the “1.25 Magnification” instead of the 1.0 to see front sight better. Nice to have the interchangeable colored lenses for different conditions, indoor, outdoor, cloudy, sunny, etc.
Pros:
- Several options in one kit.
Cons:
- Thick arms on glasses may allow sound to penetrate earmuff protection.
Best Used for:
- Target practice, recreational shooting.

These glasses have made a big difference in my time at the range looking through the top of the glasses with the top focal has made seeing the target so much easier I highly recommend them for older shooters

I was advised by Optics Planet to order top vocal lenses at +2.50 magnification. When I try to use them to focus on the front sight it's still blurry and anything beyond is completely distorted. Plus the focal section of the lens is too small. These glasses are going back.
Cons:
- Don't work as advised. Poorly made.

Before you buy them watch the SSP video on how to determine the correct strength. This will help you avoid buying the wrong strength the first time. It won’t be the same as your reading glasses. I’m in my 60’s. These really help for handgun shooting. Each comes with 3 sets of lens. Yellow, green & clear.
Pros:
- My first set was better than before but I bought a 2nd set the next strength. It was even better so I put the yellow set in the old frames & green in the new. No changing lens at the range.

Although I have not use them, they fit prefect. I can’t wait to go to the shooting range. The magnification is prefect for my aging eyes. Looked on other websites and found these to be the best one’s.

These shooting glasses were just what I needed. My vision is changing, I'm far sighted and it's difficult to see my front sight but I can see the target. Standard bifocals with the bifocal on the bottom of the lens don't work well at all. Having a small bifocal on top of the lens works much better. Not perfect but good enough. I have Red Dot Optics on a couple handguns and they work very well but are 10 to 15 times the cost of these bifocal shooting glasses. Having 3 different colored lenses for different lighting conditions works very well. Glad I got them.
Pros:
- 3 different colored lenses
- Easy to change the colored lenses
- Fit snugly but not too tight
- Small bifocal at top of lens instead of the bottom makes it easier to see the target and front sight
Cons:
- Not perfect but work well enough

I need reading glasses. using my glasses in conjunction with safety glasses sucks . without reading glasses i can’t see the sights on my firearms (Iron sights). these glasses are great protection. they have the magnification window at the top of the lenses. making them very user friendly. I’m really glad i bought these.
Pros:
- Very clear, comfortable, work very well
- Vet clear, Comfortable. Work very well
