I was going to use the safe to transport a firearm in my baggage for a flight. I tried to lock the box and discovered that the internal lock had a plastic part that broke off making the lock useless. This would have got me in big hot water with the TSA...Also returning items to opticsplanet is a huge hassle...
Pros: the concept
Cons: Its junk..the lock mechinism is plastic, and broke.
