Great Optic
The snap lock system for attaching a strap or harness is easy to use. The included neck strap is nice but I prefer a harness. The glass is clear to the edges and crisp. Worst warranty ever.
I bought a pair of predator binoculars, suposed to have lifetime warranty, but they dont, I paid shipping and the day they arrived back at Steiner they sent me an email offering me a pair at discount, 20.00 less than full retail? What kind of warranty is that. They wouldn't even attempt to fix them....

Steiner Predator 10x42 Roof Prism Binoculars
I'm 72 years old and was looking for a binocular that would be clearer in lower light and clearer in over all viewing at a distant. Studied several different brands and settled on the steiner. Thanks Steiner for making a fine pair of Binoculars.

Fantastic Glass for the price
This is the second time I have purchased these binos...this time for my mother for bird and whale watching. The glass in these binos is topnotch. They are comfortable on the eyes for prolonged scouting of any type. The eyecups are a favorite of mine for blocking out side glare. I highly recommend!

Outstanding purchase
Great clarity, resolution, and easy to focus. Not lightweight, but only a few ounces heavier than other 10x42's that I own. The price for the OD green version was incredible. Service was as good as it gets.

Amazing glass ,amazing price
I've previously owned the 10×26 ,compact predator model. They were fantastic. Ive had these 10× 42 's for a few weeks without the time to use them. Last evening I pulled them out.Just so happens I had 9 does feeding at around 260 yds on a mountainside. These things are amazing at making the deer pop out against the forest background! Bright, clear & built like a tank �

Steiner 10 x 42 Predator Binoculars
I have multiple pairs of binoculars but the clarity and ability to gather light are not that great with them. A friend recommended that I get a pair of Steiner Predator binoculars. I received these and had high expectations as I was getting them out of the box. Once I picked them up I could tell they were very well built but when I looked through the optics I was blown away! These are by far the best binoculars I have ever looked through. The binos come with a nice carrying case, shoulder strap and lens protectors. These units also have the fit around the eye glare guards. All I can say is that if you are looking for a remarkable pair of binoculars, buy the Steiner Predator binoculars. You will not be disappointed. I paid for these with my own money, I did not receive any promotion or get anything from giving a review, just a regular guy with a great pair of binoculars.

quality product
Can’t go wrong with these binoculars especially when you get them at the discounted price. Work pretty good at sunrise and sunset with not much glare even with the sun in your face. A little bigger than I expected but still compact enough they aren’t intrusive. If you want quality at a very reasonable price then buy these binoculars and enjoy.

Stiner predator binoculars are great. I've owned them for over 25 years. My eyes need more help with age so I upgraded to 10X40. Do not regret it. All about the clarity!!

It is great the price OpticPlanet is offering. The view is clear and bright, construction is good. I have a couple Leica binoculars, which are nice but cost a lot more.

Steiner 10x40 Predator Binoculars are Great
These Binoculars are clean, crisp and easy to focus. They feel good in your hand, side eye caps help to reduce light from the side.
I have bought, Zeiss 10x40, ($399.00) model, Vortex 10x40, ($179.00) model and they do not compare to the Predator. They are amazingly great in the field and bring out the surroundings in the woods. Using them for Deer hunting, one can pick out the movement inside the tree line.
As for Optics Planet, great Company to work with, answered several questions concerning this model. I have not been disappointed with the Company or the Binoculars.
