Does not work with Taccom armory barrels, the bottom feed ramp on the barrel hits the shiny metal feed ramp on the adapter, preventing the upper from closing. That is how I broke the feed ramp piece on my adapter, other than that, if you have a barrel with no protruding lower feed ramp it should work, I have no doubts the adapter is good, I’ve seen plenty run in F.A.
