Works but lrho is a little iffy - Stern Defense MAG-AD9 AR-15 Glock 9mm/.40 Magazine Conversion Adapter

Arrived brand new in unopened package, that was nice. The last round hold open is a little iffy. It BARELY engages the bolt catch. When inserting a new mag, it will sometimes release when you smack the bottom of the mag to seat the mag. Also, I wasn't sure about my bolt being compatible, so I emailed Stern Defense with pictures of my bolt (like they state on their website to do), but they never responded. Fortunately, my bolt works fine. If I had to do this over again, I would go with a dedicated lower instead of this adapter. A dedicated lower is about the same cost, or maybe just a little more after the background check. Lastly, P-mags work better than Glock factory mags in this adapter because the last round hold open on the P-Mag sets higher than a Glock magazine, thus raising the bolt catch higher. Note you will have to slightly modify the P-Mags as instructed on Stern Defense's website to make the P-Mags insert easily. Just my 2 cents.
