Very pleased after +/-300 rounds. No jams. You will need to adjust the fitting screws tight enough. I found that my natural tendency to hit the ar mag release pushed the adapter down slightly on 2nd mag. Was able to palm it back with a single palm smack like with a new mag. Tightened set screws and had no further issues. Runs flawlessly. Great pairing if you like 92 series variants. No issues with mag brand; beretta factory 15, 18, and 30, kci 30, mecgar 20, promag 32 all functioned and fed properly. I’d buy again.

This Stern Beretta 92 mag adapter works very well. I bought a 10 pack of the KCI mags for $100 and they work well and lock back. I'm using it with a Aero EPC 8.3 inch barrel and Stern 9mm bolt. Feeds properly and ejects the cases several feet away. Still runs great while suppressed.

I purchased this to make an AR-9, and this was the only magwell adapter (or any lower receiver option) for M9 Baretta magazines that I could find. Luckily, it's everything that I want. Easy to install, durable, LRBHO compatible, works with all of my M9 magazines (m9a3,m9a4, military surplus m9 magazines) and it caused 0 malfunctiones in my first 500 rounds through the rifle so far. If you want to build an AR-9 that takes Baretta magazines, this is your solution. I highly recommend it.
Notes: I am using a PSA lower receiver, a Geissele 2 stage trigger, an Aero precision upper, Ballistic advantage barrel, and JP enterprises combination 9mm BCG and silent capture buffer system with 2 tungsten weights. If you are struggling with research and trying to build an AR-9, I hope this helps.

I was a sceptic. BUT after installing it, it felt rock solid, and well thought out. I have yet to pull the trigger on it but it does what they said so far; locks the bolt back on an empty magazine.
I’ll post again after a live fire test….
Cons:
- Doesnt come with a Corvette

Had to do some MacGyvering (ie dremel the mag release button to reduce its height by 1/3) so the adapter would seat completely in the mag well -my AR build was a rare case where these adapters don't fit in the first go.
Cons:
- small screws overtighten too easily
- mag release button is not ambi

Pricey but quality is there. Paired with a Stern Defense pistol upper. flawless function with beretta and Mec Gar Mags including the beretta 30rd. I believe springfield xd mags would work if a notch for lockup was cut in the mags. Unit locked up fine even in my Anderson lower that will not take pmags.

This stern defense mag for the Beretta Magazine was perfect for my 9mm carbine. I am not a big fan of the Glock pistols and was really excited to try out this conversion kit. To no surprise all my mags and ammo worked well in the conversion kit and really happy for my purchase. I wished more people would add reviews of the beretta conversion kit on Youtube to show how stern defense products can work from multiple platforms.

I am so happy Stern Defense came out with the 92 adapter. Very nice quality. Worth the price. Put it in a M4E1 lower. Easy install. Works perfectly with a faxon bcg and 8.5 9mm barrel mounted to a M4E1 upper.
Pros:
- Beretta mags
- Easy to get used to the mag release

This adapter worked better than I expected. No trouble at all 400 rounds thru ar pistol. Best investment I could have made. Simple to install .mag release is in good position for left handed shooters.
Best Used for:
- Anyone looking for a conversion without having to buy a 9 mm lower
