Awesome addition
I looked at Law for DI and considered piston to go bufferless, but ended up choosing this Stern system. I'd give it a 9/10. It's very functional, works fine with springs or quiet buffer systems, and has held up great under training and close to 700 rounds now. I prefer it since I'm not looking for quick deploy. If you are, go for Law. For packing versatility and quick swap stocks, this has been solid. The only nit I have is that there is just the tiniest gap that doesn't affect the function/accuracy of the rifle, but is just annoying if you have rifle fit OCD like I do. Applying a tiny (2mm) strip of tape takes up the slack. Fixes the issue for me but most won't even care since the gap is so negligible.

pretty handy
A nice option for those of you that like to change out uppers .you can have the proper spring and buffer ready to roll w/ a different upper that can still utilize the same lower.
