Very nice barrel.

Chamber is good. Rifling is crisp with no chattering. They definitely put some thought into the feed ramp. It's fully supported but still slick and smooth. .45 muzzle device fits perfectly. Came extremely overpackaged and even the most hate filled mail carrier could never hurt it.

  • Not $60 like a 9mm barrel

  • Short and wide applications

40 Cal AR barrel

I bought this barrel for a 40 S&W AR build. Just completed yesterday and it shoots really well. These barrels are a little harder to find that 9mm or 223. Optic Planet has them in stock and they ship pretty quickly.

40 Cal AR barrel

I purchased this barrel to build an AR carbine in 40 Smith & Wesson. This caliber is either hard to find or rather expensive. Optics Planet had a few different manufacturers and good selection on barrel lengths with reasonable pricing.
