I purchased the Stoney Point Quick-Attach Turkey Stix because my Remington 1187 shotgun gets heavy while waiting for that gobbler to come along. It helps stabilize the barrel and minimize movement while drawing a bead on the bird. Pros, Lightweight,quick to set-up, and has a rubber barrel gripper. Cons, Non-adjustable height.
Pros: Lightweight, quick attachment and setup, economical
Cons: Non-adjustable height
