Great customer service.

Barrel appeared to be a high quality product...however, the barrel thread protector was screwed on so tight from the factory as to be impossible to remove by any normal means...making the barrel impossible to use. The Optics Planet customer service folks were great to work with and quickly arranged a prepaid RA label. Currently waiting on a replacement barrel.
