Great replacement barrel - Stormlake Pistol Barrel for SLK 1911 Government Barrel Drop-In .45 ACP 5.05 Inch Stainless Steel 34081

I purchased this barrel to install in a Sig 1911 Tacops which wasn't getting the groups I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised the barrel dropped in with no fitting required. The overall lockup is much tighter than the stock barrel and accuracy improved to sub 2" groups from a 50' bench rest with various brands of hollow point defensive ammunition. The stock barrel bushing needs a wrench to loosen it, however that is the only difference with this new barrel. I am very pleased overall with this purchase.
