Not bad if the you don't punish your equipment
I'm a maintenance mechanic in a automated warehouse. I've jumped down, 2-5 feet, from equipment and had the flashlight squeeze through the ring and fall to the ground a few times. The ring isn't tight enough on the flashlight. It's never tipped out though so if you're just walking with it I'd say it'll work great.
Pros: comfortable, easy to retrieve/holster flashlight
Cons: poor flashlight fit, it's a little loose
