Defective product - streamlight no help - Streamlight Contour Remote Switch for TLR Weapon Lights

Works well with light or laser only. When the light+laser toggle is on, it activates only the light. Sent it back to Streamlight for servicing. No one ever contacted me to diagnose the problem and it was simply returned with a note stating "No manufacturer's defect found." There is a defect, but because they couldn't find it, the customer is left holding the bag. I feel cheated - wasted money on the purchase and wasted time and money for shipping to the Streamlight service center.
Cons: Does not active the light and laser simultaneously
