Overall this is a good little light. I like that the on/off button is larger than similar lights I looked at, making it easy to manipulate with gloves on. I mounted it to a ballistic helmet, and it's on there good and sturdy. I also like that it can be clipped somewhere on your body as well if need be. On the brightest setting it's plenty bright for most applications, building clearing, ect, but this brings me to my main complaint. To get to the brightest setting you have to hold the on/off button until it cycles to the brightest setting. I wish it had been set up to go from brightest to dimmest rather than the other way. More than that I wish it just had a memory feature that would turn the light back on to the setting it was on when turned off. My only other small complaint is the somewhat involved light selector switch (red to blue, to IR, ect.) However, unless your going to be going back and forth from light to light I don't see it being a huge deal.
