Most Helpful Positive Review Great lightweight light
I am a police office and have a standard aluminum SL20x. This light is much lighter and has a nice rubberized grip on it. The 3 LEDs are very useful because you don't always need 30,000 candlepower....such as when you are looking for something in your equipment bag, or searching a vehicle. The battery is not the full size battery that's inside the standard SL20x....its the smaller battery used in the ultra stinger. I would probably prefer the extra amps of the larger battery. Bright Light

This is one of the best flashlights I have owned in years. I love that it is rechargeable and that it came as stated. I live on a 30 acre farm and use the light when going outside with the animals at night. Thank you

  • have to push a bit hard to turn regular beam on

Streamlight SL 20

I bought my first Streamlight SL 20 for police use in the late 1970's, it's so old the chargers don't work amy more, and it doesn't even have a serial number. After 30 Plus years of really tough use, I just bought a new SL 20 X. YOU CANNOT BEAT STREAMLIGHT.

Use every day on the job. Light weight durable and great quality. Light is bright and luminates area enough to see if needed. This is my second light from Streamlight and would buy another to replace the two I use now. Good price and quality.

Flashlight

Flashlight was never delivered or was stolen when UPS delivered it. I never received another one only a credit back on my credit crad. I still wanted the flashlight but you raised the price. The other one I ordered was fine the led light works much better for taking pictures in dark areas since my phone's camera doesn't have a flash.

SL-20 XP/LED Found this is the best flashlight for traffic control. Very light weight and when using the LED part of the light it last a lot longer than any other flashlight we ever used.

Good Police Duty Light

Great flashlight for police work, i like the fact you can use leds or the halogen. Leds are good for doing paperwork or vehicle searches while the halogen has the punch you need to see through tint on traffic stops. Its lightweight and easy to carry on your duty belt. Also i like it because you can leave it in your car and it won't get hot to the touch like a maglite would.
Pros: Two light sources, led's and halogen, lightweight, non slip grip
Cons: Non focusable beam

A Bright Big Light

I like the light, its a bit long, but fits nicely in the hand. Great flashlight for out on patrol or even camping. The Led's are definitely bright and you get a great 40 hours run time of them. The Halogen lamp is also very bright, it will definitely disorient a person.
Pros: Solid, Good weight, Good Length, Great competitive price.
Cons: Not as solid construction as SureFire, But cant beat the price.
