Most Helpful Positive Review Excellent Value and Product
I am extremely happy with the service and value I received from Opticsplanet. I use the flashlight on duty as a police officer and the extremely bright LED has made my working environment safer. Also the flashlight has been dropped on asphalt and concrete and suffered no ill effects. Pros: Extremely Bright, lightweight, and rugid Cons: Not practical to rotate through settings while on a traffic stop

Absolutely bulletproof

I've got one of the original Stingers from the late 90's and it's still going strong some 20 years later. I've updated the head to LED and it's probably on it's 4th or 5th battery, but my gosh- what a beast of a little flashlight! It's been through the wringer and just keeps going. Says a lot about Streamlight!

Great light

I used this light in an auto mechanics shop and had it covered in oil and grease all the time. I have also accidentally had it fall on concrete more times than I can count. It has the paint all scratched up and I have even had it accidentally ran over by a car and it just keeps on going. The only problem I had is with the batteries. I have replaced 2 batteries in it since I have owned it, but that is to be expected considering the extensive use of the light. New batteries only cost me 14 bucks apiece though and they do last for about a year of constant use all day. I will never buy another light as long as this old faithful light keeps shining. Great light for the money.

Great Purchase

After purchasing and returning my surefire light due to malfunction I looked around and found Streamlight. I decided on the stinger and am very pleased with my decision. Flashlight is dependable and very bright. Also this light was 1/3 the cost of the surefire I originally purchased.

We use these lights in our auto shop and they get dropped and covered with fluids and still keep going.

Very Bright and rechargeable!

I use this flashlight for my home. It's too big to carry around in a pocket but is perfect to shining into the backyard to spotlight animals...or intruders. It does not get too hot when in use for several minutes unlike other flashlights with incandescent bulbs.
Pros: Rechargeable, very bright
Cons: Too big for personal carry

Cannot use the light more than 1 hour them needs recharging. Should last longer.

Disappointed that the charger is strictly 110v and not 100-240 so we have to use a transformer while overseas.
Pros: Probably the last light I will ever need
Cons: Charger limited to 110v
