this charger/holder is very sturdy. It is made of good materials and seems like it will last a long time. It charges the battery very quickly also. The only drawback I've noticed is that since the spring loaded clamps grip the light so tightly, its possible to pull the charger off its wall mounting after repeated uses. Due to its width, trying to mount the charger on a stud requires a lot of precision as you have to stay away from the weak stud edges. Not a big deal though....
Pros: charges quickly, fool-proof charging cradle, very sturdy, high quality materials
Cons: clamps on to light too tightly, makes it difficult to permanently mount on wall, stud mounting risky due to width of charger base
