Item was defective when removed from box - Streamlight TLR-2 HL G Rail Mounted Flashlight with Green Laser

This item was defective when removed from box. Part of the battery contact was not attached to the back plate. It appeared that it had come unglued. I attempted to contact customer service for hours with negative results. This was a high level weapon light/laser Tlr2 hg.
