Blindingly bright, better and cheaper than surefire - Streamlight TLR-2 HL High Lumen Weapon Flashlight

Streamlight lights are as good or better than Surefire lights and they are considerably less expensive. This light is no exception. This new HL model is incredibly bright. It amazes me how bright such a small light can be. It may in fact be too bright for indoor use because even the reflected and ambient light from it can be blinding. It is that bright. It is like a high powered spot light outside at night. I like how the TLR series lights attach/detach and the switch works far smoother and easier than the Surefire lights. This is an awesome light. I have several TLR series lights and this one is another fine example and it is the brightest compact light Streamlight has made. The laser is bright and highly visible and it holds its zero well. I can not say enough good things about this light and others by Streamlight. You can not go wrong here.
Pros: Super bright 500 lumens, controls are easy and smooth, easy to mount/detach
Cons: Maybe a smidge larger than SureFire models, maybe.
