Best deal going on IR laser illuminator.
Infrared lasers available for civilians are ALL <.7mw as per FDA rules to make them "eye safe". This is because you can't see infrared light without a night vision device, so it can damage eyes without you knowing you're looking at it. Knowing that, almost all brand name IR lasers look the same, because they are all the max allowed power, but, Streamlight has put together both a laser and an illuminator in one package at a price that rivals all other brand name illuminator combos out there. Streamlight has a long proven history of great products, and this light laser combo in IR, is of the same quality as their visible light laser combos. This is the best deal out there for a good IR light laser combo period.

Thank you optics planet for having awesome products! This illuminator far exceeds my expectations. I can easily see targets out to 3 and 400 yds. The laser easily Goes out to 800 yds or more. It is also really compact and light weight and is also easily mounted and ready to go out of the box. If you are thinking of an IR light to get this would be the one to buy.
