Perfect design!... if you get one that works - Streamlight TLR-8A LED Weapon Light and Laser

The light at 500 lumens is perfect for night time illumination or lighting up a hallway in your house, the intuitive adjustment and quick switching between the laser, light or both is quick and feels very natural with 2 hands on the pistol.

The green laser is VERY sharp and can been see hundreds of yards away as I've already tested this on a building at night 200+ yards away and it's amazing... However..

I took the item out of the box and went to zero it in with my red dot and as I've heard a handful of others complain about... The windage (left to right) adjustment screw is stripped and will not budge... I'm VERY upset with the quality control on this let's be honest expensive light/laser combo... I've bought 2 other cheaper light green laser combos for $70 and $90 and both of them at least work out of the box...

I mounted the light on my Canik TP9 Elite Combat FDE and its now on the way to be serviced with Streamlight on day 1...I'll update my review and decided to spend the extra money as this company confirmed the warranty on this thing is lifetime which of course pays for itself... But dealing with this on my first purchase is not a good first impression...

Once I get the light back and everything adjusts as designed I know I'm going to love it as I've already ordered 2 holsters OTW and AITW to go with it so I'm hoping this works out great
