I read about this light online at some boating site talking about spotlights to use at night and they gave it a favorable review so I decided to try it. While there were cheaper alternatives I decided to give it a try since I have 2 other Streamlight products. It is brighter than I expected and works great. Like that it is rechargeable.

Great light. Long battery life and recharges quickly. Great illumination range with bright white light that easily lights up the way to the barn. Stand comes in handy if the power is off. Even the coyotes avoid coming anywhere near the house.
Pros:
- Illumination and easy to use.

This is and absolute must have Especially on a boat, super-bright and compact rechargeable internal power supply makes this light SPOT ON I've used it pretty heavy for over a year without any complaints, and it holds its charge I'd say indefinitely, and I've never just run till it has discharged completely!
Best Used for:
- Boating, hunting whatever!

I needed a good light to replace my old one that used d batteries that didn't hold a charge for long. With climate change, electric blackouts, or any other calamity that lately seems to be the norm, I needed to upgrade my flashlight. I saw this light on optics planet. It had what I needed. With 3 beam options and a built in rechargeable battery it makes this light a versatile tool. I didn't know how having a pistol grip on it would work, but it is fine. It is another fine product from Streamlight. If it is as reliable as their tactical products that I use, I am sure it will serve me for a long time. Optics Planet is my go to place for practically everything. With fair pricing and good customer service they should be around for some time.

Live rural, have livestock, and anything that's going to happen, happens at night!
This light is very lite, keeps a charge, and is bright as you could ever want.
Handy on four wheeler, horse back, from truck window.
Have had for a month and tell you, you will not be disappointed.
Pros:
- light is brite lite and handy

I was looking for a replacement for my old 1 million cp 12 v spot light, but was apprehensive about spending $100 for a spot light. This light is worth the money. The beam projects far enough with good illumination to determine antler size for at least 300 yards. I do not think it would be bright enough past that range, but I'm only viewing with 10x binocs. Also the beam is a wide beam, not a pinpoint like some vehicle mounted LED spot lights. I have only used it for 30 minutes, so I can't comment on the battery life.

I bought this spotlight for hunting hogs and varmints at night. The Streamlight Waypoint Rechargeable met all my requirements. It provides high end illumination in a relatively compact package. There are three power settings, which help conserve battery power. The battery recharges quickly. Compared to other spotlights, the Waypoint is well built and rugged. I expect it will provide many years of service. I also bought the red and green lens filters. They are rubber armored and slip over the end of the clear lens. Unlike the lens filters on other spotlights, these filters stay put and aren't likely to get lost or broken.
Pros:
- light weight
- compact
- rugged
- bright
Best Used for:
- emergencies
- power outages
- Varmint and hog hunting
- Security and surveillance

I live in a rural area and wanted a spot light that was convenient and easy to use. This product is lightweight, easy to use (love the pulse trigger or ability to lock it in the on position), very intense light. Additionally, the light is intense and it holds and maintains a long charge. The range is incredible!
Pros:
- Brightness, size, intensity, charging, water resistance
Best Used for:
- Hunting, fishing, hiking, recreation, camping, anything that requires more light than standard flashlights

I live in a neighborhood without street lights and last night at midnight (no moon) I pointed the flashlight at my neighbor's house. The house is about 150-yards away and I was on high beam. Trust me if a person or animal had walked by I would have been able to identify it. It is sturdy and I like stand feature because I'm going to use it to inspect under my house and insulate water pipes. While this light is overkill I hate spiders, snakes, mice and scorpions. When I fire this up under the house they will be long gone. The trigger is momentary or if you do a full pull it stays on.
