Great dummy rounds
Excellent tool for training or function checking. Just built a new AR. Used these dummy rounds to check magazine functionality, bolt release, charging handle etc. won’t damage rifle during dry fire practice either.

Great for dry firing and misfire practice
These dummy rounds work great when I’m doing a function test after repairs or modification. I can also practice dry firing during my home drills without damaging my lower. These also eject when you pull on your charge handle like real ammo. The blue anodizing is good for identification so as no...

good for malfunction practice
Bright color make it easy to locate, works for both 5.56 and .223, it has a rubber "strike cap" to protect your firing pin.

Out of specifications ?
Will not eject from my AR but a live round will. replica round must must be out of spec.

As advertised
Does what they are supposed to do. I really couldn't have asked for much more, thought I did think they were a bit expensive.

dummy rounds
Great product. I built 2 AR15s and used these 5.56 dummy rounds to cycle them and they work for their intended purpose.

Strike snap caps
I’m a fan of Strike Industries. I own a bunch of their stuff in several rifles so I know I can expect good quality when blindly ordering a product. I have to be honest, while these are nicely made they are not the best value. I thought this was a four pack when ordering, my mistake as it’s only 2pcs. I would probably recommend the Strike polymer or the Magpul caps, better value for your dry fire drills.
Pros:
- Quality
Cons:
- value
Best Used for:
- Dry fire/function check

Awesome for training
Great quality, like all my SI stuff. I use them for dry firing and practicing reloads. Polymer tips alluminum body, couldnt ask for more in a dummy round. The bright color also helps for distinction from live rounds.
