Great dummy rounds.
Great quality, like all my SI stuff. I use them for dry firing and practicing reloads. Polymer tips alluminum body, couldnt ask for more in a dummy round. The bright color also helps for distinction from live rounds.

Durability is very low
These worked well but were not very durable. I used them for 1.5 months and almost all of the blue coating has worn off and the case head is chewed up from extractions. The rounds will also leave debris in your firearm after extended use. You can buy much better quality brass snap caps that are also...

Pretty Disappointing...
These are ok dummy rounds; however, probably not worth the money. They scratch and dent very easily. If you're just doing anticipation training, then these are probably fine. But if you try any kind of malfunction drills, such as double feeds, they get very dented and scratched. Probably not a good idea to chamber a dented/scratched round... Wish they made it out of a more resilient metal, and maybe didn't paint them. Not worth the money, I would say.

the finish is very thin
Size is great. They measure out perfectly. The blue rubs off almost instantly. In one day they look old and worn. The anodizing is supposed to protect the soft aluminum underneath. It does not. These won’t last long in my opinion.

OK but not exceptionally durable.
I bought these aluminum dummy rounds for dry firing / reload drills. They worked for about a week until they started showing wear on the end and malfunction (not eject properly). I gave it 2 stars because they did force me to practice clearing jams. Stear clear of these, they are not durable and will only disappoint.
Pros:
- Bright blue color
Cons:
- Durability
Best Used for:
- Practice clearing jams
Would recommend: No
Practice makes perfect
Cheap and easy way to safely practice weapon handling and reloading while at not at the range. Bright blue color makes it nearly impossible to confuse with live ammo giving you more confidence while training in a non-live fire scenario.
Pros:
- High visibility and ease of use.
Cons:
- Very light and May not eject properly
Best Used for:
- Dryfire practice.
- Malfunction clearing drills
