Great concept...poor execution. - Strike Industries Ambush Sling Loop

I bought this to add a 2 point sling to my AR. It would not tighten on my UTG pro rail. Upon closer inspection, I realize the screw is to long and digging/marring into the rail before the pieces come together. I grind off an 1/8"of the screw. Still loose after tightening and now I can't get it off because the soft allen head screw strips. I drill it out and re-tap for larger screw and file 1/16" off the female face. Now it works two hours of work later. If you like to tinker and completely re-work things, this is the sling mount for you.
