Looks good. FDE matches my bronze build

The FDE is more on the bronze side which matches my burnt bronze build. Looks beautiful! I used a spanner wrench to tighten the castle nut. Instructions said tighten to 35 ft pounds, i have a torque wrench but no way to use it to measure torque. I just applied blue loctite and tightened it by feel. Thanks Strike Industries and Optics planet! Got the best price with free shipping and coupon.

Perfect addition for a Ruger SFAR

If you want to replace the plastic factory end plate on the Ruger SFAR, this one extends far enough to accommodate the beavertail on many aftermarket AR grips (e.g., Ergo, Magpul), but also doesn't stop full retraction of a milspec buttstock.

Great looking and sturdy feel

Extra threads on the longer castlenut seems like a plus. No set screw on the version I got which I prefer not having it. I worry about not being able to stake the nut but then again I’ve never had one come loose after tightening it correctly.
